STBC Student Service
STBC is committed to be excellences and continuously improving higher educational and training institution. It is being recognized as an innovative, dynamic, and excited academic center of learning and teaching process. STBC is known by providing quality and industrious education focusing on student-cantered and services beyond the campus to achieve its vision and missions.
The Student Support Service office is one of the key wings of STBC. Its main aim is to provide holistic and diversified service for the students in order to improve and achieve high performance of academic results. Student support service office works in all programs of the college in a well-organized and planned, ways. It works in the four modality (Regular, Extension, Weekend and Distance) and three programs (Post Graduate, Undergraduate and TVET). SSSO massively works on the areas of; student administration, academic guidance and counseling, student discipline and governance, teaching, learning and assessment, quality education, student support, standardization of assessment, institutional advancement, student Clubs and community service, alumni and Tracer Study and to contribute its share to guarantee quality education and training.
In addition to these responsibilities, SSSO of STBC plays role on; supervising and supporting the procedure, administration of exams, observe and control the school environment, identifying and solving students with ethical problems, manage and decide on student discipline cases, establish and guide graduating class committees, arrange and provide community service, collaborate and work with departments, registrars, finance, IQA and instructors; follow and support students in their preparation of COC and exit exam and guiding and counseling students on problems of courses, exam and results.
